Reverse Engineering
Physcial part → 3D Model → 2D Drawing

We reverse engineered this part as it could not be purchased anymore, the 2D drawing would then be updated once a prototype was made and tested

This part needed to be remodeled as the 2D drawings were lost. using the appropriate tools the part was successfully modelled and a 2D drawing was produced and sent to the client

This 'tilting roll' needed to be reversed engineered because the original drawings were only available in paper copy versions from many years ago. It is part of a conveyer belt machine at a manufacturing plant

The 3d model and 2D drawing was sent to the client to be manufactured, one revision was required which allowing the part to be mass produced

We sent over STEP and IGS files so the client could open the model in their respected software. No revisions on the drawing were needed and the manufacturing started straight away

No revisions were required however more drawings were needed to create larger diamater parts
